NATCHEZ-Memorial service for William &8220;Bill&8221; Gillespie Morace, a Louisiana native and Natchez resident, passed away Tuesday, July 25 2006, at University Medical Center in Jackson, will be at 11 a.m. Friday at First Presbyterian Church&8217;s Stratton Chapel in Natchez.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. Friday until service time at the church.
Mr. Morace was a professional photographer with studios in Baton Rouge and Natchez. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force.
He was preceded in death by his parents Dora Lee and William Gillespie Morace, wife Joyce Wade Morace, brother John Charles Morace, and brother-in-law Wayne “Sonny” Wade.
Survivors include his wife, Cheryl Foggo Morace; daughter and son-in-law Karen and Mike Futrell; step-children Mary Catherine and David Moffett, Michael Shull, and Caroline Shull; grandchildren, Julia, Grace, and Madeline Futrell, and Blair Smith-Shull; sister and brother-in-law Mary and Jimmy McNeely; parents-in-law Joe and Mary Ann Foggo Eidt; brother-in-law Jimmy Wade and wife Suzanne; brother-in-law David Wade and wife Sharon; sister-in-law Barbara Wade; brother-in-law Sonny Foggo and wife Cathy; brother-in-law John Foggo and wife Sheila; and daughter and son-in-law Cynthia and Tommy Dupre and grandchildren Tommy, Bobby, and Andy Dupre.
Memorials can be sent to Pleasant Acre Day School and the American Heart Association.
