Published 12:00am Monday, February 2, 2009FAYETTE — Services for Anna Lehmann Noble, 79, who died Friday, Jan. 30, 2009, at Natchez Community Hospital will be at 3 p.m. today at Fayette United Methodist Church with he Rev. Laurie Raborn officiating.
Burial will follow at Fayette Cemetery under the direction of Laird Funeral Home.
Visitation will be today from 1 p.m. until services begin.
Mrs. Noble was born Nov. 30, 1929, in Natchez, the daughter of Ralph and Ulabelle Coffey Lehmann.
She was a member of Fayette Untied Methodist Church and taught adult Sunday school for more than 40 years. Mrs. Noble was a retired social worker for the Department of Human Services in Fayette for 24 years.
She was a belovedmother and grandmother and a good friend.
Survivors included her two sons, Lucian Noble Jr., of Fayette, Kevin Noble and his wife, Renee, of Brookhaven; one daughter Adele Noble Phillips and husband, Harry, of Hattiesburg; four grandchildren, Jennifer Noble, Eric Noble, Anna Noble and Lauren Phillips; one great-grandchild, Kylie Wightkin; and two sisters, Christine O’Quinn and Camille Tedder.
Pallbearers will be Alan Mardis, Ray Smith, Doyle Smith, Ronnie Noble, Bill Darsey, Chris O’Quinn, Ralph Tedder and Hugh Tedder.
