NATCHEZ — Services for Regina Pruitt, 50, of Natchez, who died Monday, Feb. 16, 2009, at Natchez Regional Medical Center, will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Laird Funeral Home Union Street Chapel with Sonny Daniels officiating.
Burial will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Laird Funeral Home.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Ms. Pruitt was born Sept. 14, 1958, in Natchez, the daughter of Jimmy N. Pruitt and Nancy Brady Pruitt. She owned and operated Friends Hair and Nail Salon with her best friend, Cheryl Tipton.
She was preceded in death by her father; and grandmother, Grace Pruitt Knotts.
Survivors include one son, Aubrey Storey and wife, Tammy, both of Forest; parents, Billie Pruitt of Natchez and Dub and Nancy Cooper of Monroe, La.; her fiancé, John Rand of Natchez; three sisters, Denora White of Jackson, Lynn Holcomb and husband, Ferrell, both of Mesquite, Texas and Chrissie Pruitt of Natchez; two brothers, Larry Pruitt and wife, Samantha, both of Vidalia, and J.J. Pruitt of Natchez; three nieces, Candace Duplechin, Kayla Pruitt and Larra Pruitt; four nephews, Kenneth Waters Jr., J.J. Pruitt III, Tony Duplechin and Samuel Pruitt; three great-nieces; and three great-nephews.
Pallbearers will be Larry Pruitt, J.J. Pruitt Jr., J.J. Pruitt III, Samuel Pruitt, Kenneth Waters Jr. and Tony Duplechin Jr.
