Woodrow and Mary Rose Buckles of Natchez will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with a reception Saturday, June 4, 2011, from 3 to 5 p.m., at Trace City Baptist Church in Natchez. The couple has three children, Melodie Moore and Mary Ellen Porter, both of Natchez, and Stephen Buckles of Bizmark, Ark. They have six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. They were married June 1, 1961, at Fayette Baptist Church.
