Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Beasley and Mr. Michael Rodriguez of Natchez announce the engagement of their daughter, Elise Rodriguez to Kevin Cuevas, son of Mr. and Mrs. Keith Cuevas of Gulfport.

The bride-to-be is a graduate of South Natchez High School and a graduate of Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge. She is employed by Our Lady Academy in Bay St. Louis.

She is the granddaughter of the late Mr. Norman Gunter and Ms. Florentine Gunter and the late Mr. and Mrs. Emile Rodriguez, all of Natchez.

The groom-to-be is a graduate of Harrison Central High School in Gulfport and a graduate of William Carey College in Gulfport. He is employed by Nordan Smith in Gulfport.

He is the grandson of the late Mr. Avron Cuevas and the late Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Oakes, all of Gulfport.

The wedding will be at 2 p.m., Saturday, July 9, 2011, at First Baptist Church of Orange Grove in Gulfport. A reception will follow at the church.
