Natchez native enters health fellowship

CHARLESTON, S.C. — Janice Davis II, a 2003 graduate of Natchez High School, a 2007 graduate of Stanford University and a 2010 graduate of Emory University Rollin’s School of Public Health has accepted an executive fellowship in Charleston, S.C. as a promising CEO within the Kindred Healthcare System.

Kindred Healthcare has been developing hospital CEOs since February 2009. As part of the curriculum, executive fellows complete division specific rotation assignments in selected hospital locations and convene at the Kindred Support Center in Louisville, Ky. three times during the year to receive training in interpersonal, managerial and leadership skills. Each participant spends approximately 12 to 24 months in the program. After completion, fellows are placed as CEOs in facilities based on need.
