NATCHEZ — Services for Ellen Flowers Baragona, 94, of Natchez, who died Wednesday, Nov. 23, 2011, at Personal Care Home in Natchez, will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Laird Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Ronnie Cosby officiating.

Burial will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Cemetery under the direction of Laird Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until service time Saturday at the funeral home.

Mrs. Baragona was born Sept. 14, 1917, the daughter of Thomas W. Flowers and Jessie Netterville Flowers. She was retired from the Natchez Water Works and was a member of Covington Road Church of Christ.

Mrs. Baragona was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Earnest S. Baragona; six sisters; and three brothers.

Survivors include one daughter, Monteal Carson-Margolis of Baton Rouge; two brothers, Earnest S. Baragona Jr. and wife, Sharlene, of Natchez and Thomas C. Baragona and wife, Lynn Ruth, of Corinth; three grandchildren, Albert Carson IV of Baton Rouge, Michelle Sparks of Tupelo and Scott Baragona of Huntsville, Ala.; three great-grandchildren, Alyssa Carson of Baton Rouge, Ashley and Zachary Baragona of Huntsville; one sister, Willie Andrews of Baton Rouge; and one brother, Pernell Flowers of Natchez.

Pallbearers will be Scott Baragona, Burt Carson, Glenn Smith, Jim Wiggins, Jerry Panteria and Nolan Cavin.
