Judith R. Sullivan, 56, pleaded guilty to shoplifting – 1st offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $444.
Lejarius Dewayne McGuire, 21, pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia. Driver’s license suspended for six months. Placed on work release. Fine set at $464. McGuire pleaded guilty to willful trespassing. Placed on work release. Fine set at $294.
Jeremy Sheppard pleaded guilty to disturbing the peace – domestic violence. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $494.

Monday, April 2:

Jessie Tolbert, 36, charged with malicious mischief. Case dismissed without prejudice – complainant is not owner of vehicle.
Don Owens, 22, charged with no driver’s license. Case remanded to files – defendant in jail in another parish for three years.
Jeffery Huseman, 46, pleaded guilty to simple assault. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $494.
Harry Anderson, 52, pleaded guilty to public drunkenness. Sentenced to 10 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $294.
Eddie Wayne Jones pleaded guilty to simple assault – domestic violence. Sentenced to 30 days with 29 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. To serve 24 hours in jail. Fine set at $594.
Curtis Bradley pleaded guilty to violating the city’s noise ordinance. Sentenced to three days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $249.

Perry pleaded guilty to simple assault – domestic violence. Satisfied with time served. Fine set at $594. Perry pleaded guilty to malicious mischief. Krystal Spillman, 21, pleaded guilty to disturbing the peace by fighting. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $344.
Donnie Wayne White Jr., 19, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance. Driver’s license suspended for six months. Fine set at $464. White Jr. charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. Case remanded to files.

Yokena Simpson, 29, pleaded guilty to petit larceny. Fine set at $394. Restitution set at $5.45 to Jr. Food Mart.
Wilneisha Jevonda Fleming, 20, pleaded guilty to trespassing. Sentenced to 10 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $294.
Hector Betancourt Lozano, 40, found guilty of public drunkenness. Fine set at $294.

Todd Wayne Zaidle, Age N/A, pleaded guilty to shoplifting – 1st offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $444.
Demonta Samuel Walk, 25, pleaded guilty to shoplifting – 1st offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $444.
Arthur James Minor, 29, pleaded guilty to malicious mischief. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $294. Restitution set at $100 to be paid to 201 Lumber St., Apt. 204.
