Stephanie L. Arnold, 40, 301 McNeely Road, Apt. 2-D, on charge of shoplifting. No bond set.

LeJarius D. McGuire, 22, 112 Oakland Drive, on charges of careless driving, expired driver’s license, no proof of liability insurance, driving under the influence and possession of a controlled substance. Bond set at $1,887.
