Brenda Germany Seab and Jim Van Handel are pleased to announce their engagement and upcoming wedding.

The bride-to-be is the daughter Sammie Germany of Terry and the late Otis Kent Germany of Natchez.

She is employed by Mammy’s Cupboard in Natchez.

The groom-to-be is the son of Ivol and Myrt Van Handel of Three Lakes, Wis.

He is employed by CE Power in Appleton, Wis.

The wedding will be at 7 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 15, 2012, at the gazebo on the Natchez bluff on Broadway Street.

A reception will follow at Mammy’s Cupboard.
