Anna Grace Kimbrough & Nathan Allen Shideler

Mr. and Mrs. Robert E. Kimbrough of Meadville are pleased to announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter, Anna Grace, to Nathan Allan Shideler, son of Mr. and Mrs. Craig Bainer Shideler of Senatobia.

The bride-to-be is a 2005 high school graduate. While pursuing her education at home, she was a winner of the Mississippi State Fiddler’s Contest and a two-year member of the Louisiana Youth Orchestra, serving as concert master for the group’s 2005 summer trip to Disney World.

While a freshman at Copiah-Lincoln Community College, Miss Kimbrough participated in the Ambassadors, the Concert Choir and the Jazz Band. She completed undergraduate (2009) and graduate degrees (2012) in Commercial Violin Performance from the School of Music at Belmont University in Nashville.

She is a member of Meadville United Methodist Church and active in the Central Mississippi Chrysalis Community.

A professional fiddler, songwriter, and violin teacher, she is currently touring with HIGH ROAD III, a contemporary gospel trio.

She is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. John M. (Blanche) Kimbrough of Lexington and the granddaughter of Mrs. Doris W. Hollinger and the late Mr. Lynn Shepard Hollinger of Meadville.

The groom-to-be is a 2001 honor graduate of Senatobia High School and was salutatorian of his class. He received a bachelor of science degree in industrial engineering in 2005 from Mississippi State University, graduating magna cum laude. He was listed in Who’s Who in American Colleges and Universities. He is a member of Kappa Sigma fraternity and served as alumni delegate while at Mississippi State. Upon graduation from MSU, he served with Campus Crusade for Christ in Italy for two years and was then employed as an engineer at Baxter Healthcare in Cleveland. He is a member of Covenant Presbyterian Church in Cleveland, serves on the North Mississippi Chrysalis Board and is a member of Gideon International. He also enjoys competing in Triathlon events.

He is the grandson of Dr. Robert Kelly Shideler and the late Mrs. Shideler of Batesville and the grandson of Mr. Benton Payne Estes, Sr. and the late Mrs. Estes of Yazoo City.

The couple will exchange vows in an outdoor ceremony Saturday, Oct. 20, 2012, at the Kimbrough family home in Meadville. After the wedding, they will make their new home in Nashville, Tenn.
