JACKSON — Services for Madeline Dedeaux Lias, 63, of Jackson, who died Wednesday, Oct. 17, 2012, will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Our Mother of Mercy Catholic Church.

Burial will follow at St. Stephens Cemetery under the direction of Lockett-Williams Mortuary, Inc., in Gulfport.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until service time at the church.

Mrs. Lias was a member of St. Ann’s Catholic Church in Fayette. She was a graduate of Randolph High School and attended Alcorn State University.

Madeline was preceded in death by her parents, Stanley and Florence Dedeaux; one brother, Lionel Dedeaux; and one sister, Edith Cook.

Survivors include two children, Stanley Lias and wife, Yolanda, of Baton Rouge and Sicily R. Lias of Jackson; three brothers; five sisters; and seven grandchildren, Martin “Tre,” Anthony Dalevon, Christian, Brandon, Chantoria, Madeline and Stanley Jr.
