Natchez Police Detective Jerry Ford said the driver of the 18-wheeler, Howard Levy, reported that the SUV driver, Michael Muhammad, ran the red light coming out of Walmart.

Ford said Levy reported that he was going about 20-30 mph and could not stop in time to avoid hitting Muhammad.

I would bet mohammed had no insurance so we would have had to pick up the tab for the ambulance to jackson.
