FAYETTE — Services for Evelyn Marie Reed, 66, of Fayette, who died Wednesday, Dec. 5, 2012, at Jefferson County Hospital in Fayette, will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Hollywood Missionary Baptist Church with the Rev. Abraham Reed Sr. officiating.

Burial will follow at the church cemetery under the direction of Rollins Funeral Home in Fayette.

Visitation will be from 3 to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Mrs. Reed was born Oct. 10, 1946, in Jefferson County, the daughter of Nathaniel Nelson Sr. and Ruby Lee Anderson. She was a housewife and a member of Hollywood Missionary Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents; grandparents; and two sons, Abraham Reed Jr. and Lee Melvin Reed.

Survivors include her husband, the Rev. Abraham Reed Sr.; three daughters, Shirley and husband, Willie, Lula Mae and husband, Gregory, and Brenda and husband, Tommy, all of Fayette; one stepdaughter, Shirley Faye Trevillion of Fayette; one son, Charles and wife, Wanda, of Meridian; four children, Derrick, Marquis, Rasheika and Wendy; seven brothers, Joseph Johnson, Samuel Johnson and Fred Nelson, all of Fayette, Hollis Nelson and Charles Nelson, both of Chicago, Earl Turner of Hattiesburg and Isaac Turner of Atlanta; five sisters, Patricia Edward and husband, Willie, of Memphis, Tenn., Flora Cassete of Houston, Texas, Gloria and Audrey and husband, Greg, all of Maywood, Ill., and Linda Allen and husband, Tom, of Chicago; and a number of cousins, other relatives and friends.

Pallbearers will be friends of the family.
