Cody Carradine has his probation revoked in Judge Lillie Blackmon Sanders’ court for violating terms and conditions of his probation: rule numbered three regularly report in person to his probation officer; and rule numbered 15 pay to the Mississippi Department of Corrections such monthly reporting fees as authorized. Sentenced to MDOC to serve the remaining balance of his five-year sentence.

Friday, Dec. 14:

Jermaine Katrell Albert, 23, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct — failure to comply with officer. Sentenced to 30 days with 28 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. To spend two days in jail. Fine set at $444.

Christopher M. Combs, 26, pleaded guilty to two counts of possession of a controlled substance. Driver’s license suspended for six months on each count. Fine set at $464 on each count.

Eliegrel Quartaes White, 23, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance. Driver’s license suspended for six months. Fine set at $464.

Kerry Lamonic Weir, 38, pleaded guilty to public drunkenness. Sentenced to 10 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Satisfied by time served. Fine set at $294. Weir also pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct – failure to comply with officer. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $444.

John Clayborne, 24, pleaded not guilty to disturbing the peace.

Devin T. Williams, 19, pleaded guilty to amended charge of obstructing traffic. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Satisfied by time served. Fine set at $444.

Tuesday, Dec. 18:

Roosevelt Atkins, 43, charged with shoplifting — third offense (felony). Case bound over to a grand jury after preliminary hearing held in absence. Out on bond.

Jacob Simmons, 22, charged with misdemeanor escape. Case bound over to a grand jury.

Frederick Jermaine Hauer, 23, charged with burglary to commercial building, cars, etc. Case bound over to a grand jury after preliminary hearing held.

Christopher M. Combs, 26, charged with felony possession of a controlled substance. Waived preliminary hearing. Case bound over to a grand jury. Bond set at $7,500.

Tyrone S. Washington, 36, charged with carrying a concealed weapon. Case dismissed — charged with a felony carrying. Washington was also charged with felony possession of or carrying a concealed weapon. Waived preliminary hearing. Case bound over to a grand jury. Bond set at $15,000.

Johnqual L. Nix, 25, charged with felony possession of or carrying a concealed weapon. Case bound over to a grand jury. Bond set at $10,000.

Wednesday, Dec. 19:

Brenda Terrell, 36, pleaded guilty to disturbing the peace. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $344.

Tess Marie Fairbanks, 30, pleaded guilty to unlawful use of ID — first offense, under 21. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $394.
