NATCHEZ — Central Network Retail Group LLC recently announced the addition of Habersham Hardware and Home Center to its portfolio of brands. The transaction is expected to close on Dec. 28. Habersham Hardware operates two stores in north Georgia in Cornelia, Ga., and Clarkesville, Ga.

“We are excited about the addition of the Habersham Hardware and Home Center to our company,” said Jimmy R. Smith, chairman of CNRG. “Habersham will serve as a foundation for us to grow a new district in Georgia.”
