Patients spend Christmas with state troopers

Louisiana State Troopers visit local children.

LAUREN WOOD | THE NATCHEZ DEMOCRAT — Master Trooper James Farris tells Christian McGuire, 10, not to throw the football at the nurses as he and another Louisiana State Trooper give him a bag full of toys Monday morning at Natchez Regional Medical Center. The Christmas With A Trooper program is in its 14th year of Louisiana troopers distributing toys to children who will be in the hospital on Christmas.
