NATCHEZ — Graveside services for Johnnie Wayne Johnson, 60, who died Saturday, Dec. 22, 2012, will be at 3 p.m. Saturday at Greenlawn Memorial Park Cemetery with the Rev. Gary Howington officiating.

Burial will follow under the direction of Marshall Funeral Home.

Mr. Johnson was born Dec. 15, 1952, in Louisville and lived most of his life in Muskegon, Mich., until he moved to Denham Springs, La., in 2009.

He was the son of Victor Johnson and Floria Leona Johnson of Bossier City, La. (now Natchez.)

Mr. Johnson was preceded in death by his parents; grandparents, Melvin and Bessie Ray; one niece, Lorie Gibbons; one brother-in-law, Lynn Hinson; and other family members.

Survivors include his mother; two children, Jimmie Johnson and wife, Amber, children, Autumn, Jayda and Jace, and daughter, Lisa Johnson and her daughter, Kaylei, all of Muskegon; sister, Maxine Currier and son, Paul Currier, both of Natchez, daughter, Rosella Gray and husband, Gary, and their children, Rosemary, Natasha and Samuel; daughter, Ashley Currier and son Kaden, all of Adrian, Mich., Pat Hill (who he lived with and loved dearly), of Denham Springs; children, Sandy Hill Palma and husband, Chad, and their children, Payton and Tori, of Palm City, Fla., Dana Hill Robertson and husband, Steve and their children, Oni, Audrey, Mia and Ian, all of Baton Rouge, and Mandy Hill Wilshusens and husband, Eric, and their sons, Noah and Nathan, all of Kingwood, Texas, Brenda Gibbons and husband, Randy, and their children, Jodi Gibbons and husband, Michael, their daughter, Madylin and Chelsea Gibbons, all of Eldgin, S.C., and Connie Hinson Howington and husband, Charles, her children, Craig Simmons, son Lucas, both of Vidalia, Maegan Hinson, her son, Zayne and Caitlynn Hinson, all of Natchez, and stepchildren, Haven Blackmon and husband, Travis, their sons, Laylen and Bryce of Winnsboro, La., Seth Howington, daughter Alyssia, both of New Orleans and son Ryder of Vidalia and Dean Howington of Clayton; brother, Kimble Johnson, his sons, Chase Johnson and Jason Johnson and his children, Marrisa and Cloe, all of Natchez; along with other family and friends.

Pallbearers will be Eric Wilshusens, Steve Robertson, Craig Simmons, Paul Currier, Chase Johnson and Shelton Dunn.

Johnnie will be missed by all who knew him and dearly missed by his family and friends.
