Relentless and clueless as you may be as well. A good photographer focuses the camera on the subject of the photo. She don’t use a point and shoot camera that puts everything in focus as best it can. She uses a professional camera that you have to manually focus.
In the first shot at the top of the page the subject was the Choir. She focused the shot on the Choir so the foreground is blurry.
In the second shot, the subject was Latrice Ramsey. She focused the camera on her, making the person on the rights hands blurry as well as some of the other people.
If you look at how clear the “subject” of the photo is, you should see that she was not shaking.
Had nothing to do with being around Black people DAVEDUNCE. You are the one who is always saying that you would like to see more in the paper about Black people. When there is an article about it, you complain.
Do you see everything in Black & White?

It’s called Depth of Field Dave. Everything in a photo cannot be in focus, so the photographer has to focus on the subject, and everything in front of and behind the subject will be blurred.
