Burial will follow at the Natchez National Cemetery under the direction of W.H. Jefferson Funeral Home.

Mrs. Murray was a retired nurse.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Albert and Alberta Trumgold Gibson; one brother, Albert Gibson; and one sister, Leona Scott.

Survivors include her husband, Levi Murray; five daughters, Diane Patterson and Shirley Patterson, both of Memphis, Tenn., Betty Fitzgerald and Patricia Kendrick, both of Natchez, Christine Jeffery of Vicksburg; two stepdaughters, Gloria Cue of Atlanta and Shirley Robillard of Baton Rouge; 17 grandchildren; great-grandchildren; and a number of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
