NATCHEZ — The Natchez Planning Commission meeting scheduled for today has been canceled for lack of a quorum, meaning not enough commissioners could be present at the meeting to conduct business.

You may have said it correctly this time… The COUNTY people may be saying DRILL-DRILL… However, for clarification, the CITY people are saying NO DRILL NO DRILL!

First… You know what they say about assuming…. I never said which street I/we live on, so obviously for you to make such a comment implies the first part of assuming…. Second, many of the so called “willing” in the area near the drill site who held their mineral rights were quite elderly and were paid as little as $30 for thier signatures, but promised much more according to some signers. I wonder, in that agreement that they signed, had they signed away ALL their rights to RMB?…. If so, that would be a total shame! Lastly, I ask you again…why dont you just let RMB drill on your land..is it because you dont live in the city?

They could drill in my living room if they like if that answers your question??!! And they have drilled on my land in the past 20 years!
