HAUGHTON, La. — Services for Frank Ludlow James Jr., 87, will be at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at Hill Crest Memorial Chapel in Haughton, La.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
