NATCHEZ — Mississippi Gov. Phil Bryant will be in Natchez Tuesday as part of an economic announcement.

Officials from the Mississippi Development Authority, local officials and representatives from Von Drehle, the company that recently bought the former Mississippi River Pulp property, will join Bryant.

The governor, company officials and others will be at the MRP site at 3:30 p.m. Tuesday to formally announce plans for the facility.

Von Drehle provides commercial and industrial paper products.

When the company announced it had purchased the MRP property, officials said at least 100 jobs would be created.
