In preparation for the studio’s annual Empty Bowls fundraising campaign, the studio sought out donations from the New Orleans studio.

Rod Guajardo / The Natchez Democrat — Jeansonne said Natchez Clay recieved 132 bowls from Earth & Fire Studio, some of which are pictured above. Those 132 bowls combined with the 240 made at Natchez Clay, will be available from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday in exchange for a $25 donation. Guests will pick their bowl, fill it up with gumbo and then take the bowl home with them. All proceeds of the event will be given to The Natchez Stewpot. Tickets are still available at Natchez Coffee Co.
