Mr. and Mrs. Blakely Arch Turner of Natchez and Mr. and Mrs. James Hiser Funderburg of Madison announce the engagement of their daughter, Brittany Ann Funderburg to Wicks McCullouch Torrence, son of Mr. and Mrs. Toby G. Anderson of Brandon and Mr. Henry T. Torrence of New Orleans.

The bride-to-be is a graduate of Cathedral High School in Natchez and the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson. She is employed by Dr. Carmen Adcock Family Dentistry in Natchez.

She is the granddaughter of Ms. Ann Burns, Mr. Max Mullins and Ms. Jane Funderburg, all of Natchez, and Dr. and Mrs. James C. Funderburg of Waterproof.

The groom-to-be is a graduate of Brandon High School in Brandon and attended Mississippi State University in Starkville. He is employed by Helmerich and Payne.

He is the grandson of Mrs. Sarah McCullouch Torrence and the late Mr. James “J.B.” Torrence of Brandon and the late Dr. and Mrs. John DeLashment of Clinton.

The wedding will be at 6 p.m., Saturday, March 2, 2013, at Longwood in Natchez.

A reception will follow at the Natchez Community Center.

Family and friends are invited.
