Leading only 8-6 after five innings of play, the Lady Vikings finally put away the Lady Rams by scoring eight runs in the top of the sixth inning.
Cassie Gonzales hit two doubles in a 2-for-4 performance, Katlyn Bertelsen was 3-for-5 with two runs batted in, and Meagan Naquin went 2-for-4 with a double and four RBIs.
