Erika Johnson pleaded guilty to malicious mischief.

Teresa E. Hart pleaded guilty to simple possession of a controlled substance.

Walter Strickland pleaded guilty to malicious mischief.

Deon Rogers pleaded guilty to willful trespassing.

Clifford D. Wright charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance. Case bound over to a grand jury.

Friday, Feb. 22:

Shamika Nate Williams, 35, pleaded guilty to public drunkenness. Sentenced to 10 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $294.

Kenyatta Doss, 22, pleaded guilty to shoplifting — 1st offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $544.

James Toliver Turner, 35, pleaded guilty to disturbing the peace. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $344.

Danny Hazlip, 58, pleaded guilty to shoplifting — 1st offense. Sentenced to 30 days with 24 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Credit given for time served. Banned from Walmart. Fine set at $544 minus $75 suspended. Must pay a fine of $469.

Monday, Feb. 25:

Cache Boler, 19, found guilty of shoplifting — 1st offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Not banned per Walmart personnel. Fine set at $594.

Terry L. Huff, 45, found not guilty of DUI 1st offense no test.

Wednesday, Feb. 27:

William Noland Harper Jr., 22, found guilty of petit larceny. Fine set at $444. Restitution set at $469.Harper Jr. was alos charged with two other counts petit larceny. Those cases have been remanded to files.

James Albert Stampley Jr., 41, charged with public drunkenness. Case remanded to files.

Chester Brown Jr., 36, found guilty of disturbing the peace. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $394.

Robert E. Johnson, 54, pleaded guilty to misdemeanor false pretense. Fine set at $392.

Michael Madson, 33, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct – failure to comply with officer. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $444.

Michael Webster pleaded guilty to public drunkenness. Fine set at $294 minus $100 suspended. Must pay a fine of $194.

Lamar Stampley pleaded guilty to simple assault — domestic violence. Sentenced to 30 days with 26 days suspended for two years pending good behavior. To serve four days in jail. Fine set at $650.

Lauren Wagoner pleaded guilty to four counts of false pretense. Total fine set at $1,460.22
