POTEAU, Okla. — Funeral arrangements for Otha Bryant Sober, 65, of LeFlore, Okla., who died Tuesday, March 12, 2013, in Poteau, Okla., are incomplete at Grace Manor Funeral Home of Poteau.
Mr. Sober was born Dec. 4, 1947, in Alexandria, La., the son of Otha Reed and Lessie Lee Gilmore Sober. He was a retired soil microbiologist.
