O.C. Johnson, 32, Montgomery Square Louisiana 15 #132, Ferriday, on charges of bench warrant contempt of court failure to appear for stop sign violation, expired inspection sticker, no insurance, no vehicle registration and driving without a license. Bond set at $655.

Tyvon R. Hawkins, 20, 500 Sycamore St., sentenced to two and a half years DOC suspension, two and a half years DOC probation and $500 for attempted assault by drive by shooting.

Christopher P. Penton, 23, 311 BB Beard Road, Monterey, sentenced to 18 months DOC suspension, 18 months DOC probation and $1,231.50 for no seat belt, possession of marijuana second offense and possession of drug paraphernalia.
