NATCHEZ — Memorial services for Jack Harley Phillips Jr., 61, who died Monday, March 11, 2013, in Germantown, Tenn., will be at 2 p.m. April 14 at the Natchez Visitor Center.

Jack was an active member of Temple Israel and celebrated becoming bar-mitzvah at Temple Israel on Jan. 29, 2010, where he read from the Torah and participated in the service.

Survivors include one sister, Pamela VanBuren and husband, Zed, and the love of his life, Waynette Besser.
