GLOSTER — Services for Nickodemus “Nick” Martin, 64, of Gloster, who died Sunday, April 7, 2013, at Louisiana Heart Hospital in LaCombe, La., will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Star Hill Christian Methodist Episcopal Church.

Burial will follow at the church cemetery under the direction of Marshall Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until service time Saturday at the church.

Mr. Martin was born July 20, 1948, in Liberty, the son of McKinley and Susie Allen Martin.

He was preceded in death by his parents; one sister, Elsie Cooper; and two brothers, Paul Martin and Dude Bryan Martin.

Survivors include a loving sister Dorothy M. Hunt; two devoted nieces, Cynthia Rogers and Marilyn Rankin; one devoted nephew, Sherman Jackson; and a number of other nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
