JONESVILLE — The threat of severe weather Thursday evening forced two area baseball teams to postpone their games that were scheduled for late in the afternoon.

Block’s home game against LHSAA District 4-1A opponent Montgomery was rescheduled for a 4 p.m. start today.

Monterey’s key LHSAA District 4-B game at Oak Hill with the district championship on the line will now take place at 12 p.m. Saturday. If the Wolves win, they will be the district champions outright. If they lose, they will share the district title with the Rams.
