NATCHEZ — Mississippi will join the nation in celebration of National Travel and Tourism week from Saturday to Sunday, May 12.

Localized events are presented in cities, states and travel businesses to celebrate the week.

The Adams County Welcome Center, located in teh Natchez Visitor Reception Center, will celebrate the week with a variety of crafts, exhibits, fine arts, local artist, restaurants, attractions and representatives from the area to promote tourism.

The public is invited to all events, to tour the visitor information center and to view the exhibits during the center’s business hours from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Saturday and from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday.
