NATCHEZ — Services for Edward “June” Thomas Jr., 38, of Natchez, who died Saturday, May 11, 2013, will be at 11 a.m. Sunday at Bateaste Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Charles Kaho officiating.

Burial will follow at Bethlehem Baptist Church cemetery under the direction of Bateaste Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 4 to 6 p.m. today and from 10 a.m. until service time Sunday at the funeral home.

Mr. Thomas was born June 21, 1974, in Adams County, the son of Edward Thomas Sr. and Jessie Lee Thomas.

He was a baptist and was kind and sharing to all whom he knew.

Mr. Thomas was preceded in death by his mother; paternal grandparents, Delia and John Thomas; maternal grandmother, Fannie Watson; and stepmother, Louveina Thomas.

Survivors include his father; two sisters, Mary Thomas and Larhunda Jones; two special aunts, Georgia Anderson and Alice Thomas; two uncles, John Thomas Jr. and Walter Thomas; one special cousin, Terry Thomas; and a number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
