JONESVILLE — Services for Judy A. Ellard, 65, of Lismore, La., who died Sunday, May 19, 2013, in Zachary, La., will be at 2 p.m. today at Jonesville Church of God with the Rev. Junior Trisler officiating.

Burial will follow at the Ellard Family Cemetery in Lismore under the direction of Young’s Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until service time today at the church.

Mrs. Ellard was born Sept. 6, 1947, in Lottie, La. She was a homemaker and a member of the Jonesville Church of God.

Mrs. Ellard was preceded in death by her mother, Ida Lee Wiley and two sons, Wesley Ellard and John D. Ellard Jr.

Survivors include her husband, J.D. Ellard Sr.; two daughters, Janette Beard and husband, Mark, and Loretta Whiddon; eight grandchildren, Shannon Rae Jarreau, Madison Brooke Beard, Cody Beard, Trey Peoples, Victoria Whiddon, Laila Links, Loran Lee Ellard and Nancy Renee Ellard; six great-grandchildren; four brothers, T-June Higginbotham, Pat Higginbotham and wife, Linda, Herman Wiley, Allen Wiley and wife, Barbara; and one sister, Gladys Wiley.

Pallbearers will be friends and family.
