Regina Harris of Ferriday announces the engagement of her daughter, Samantha Harris, to Carey Miller, son of Carey and Lillie Miller of Louisville.

The bride-to-be is also the daughter of the late Victor Harris of Ferriday.

She is a graduate of Ferriday High School and is employed by Heritage Manor in Ferriday.

She is the granddaughter of Olegrette King and Leonard Wallace of Natchez and Gladys Harris of Clayton.

The groom-to-be is a graduate of Louisville High School and is employed by Diamond Grove in Louisville.

He is the grandson of Frank and Jessie Mae Austin of Louisville and Annie Jewel and Charlie Miller of Charlotte, N.C.

The wedding will be at 4 p.m., Saturday, July 13, 2013, at St. Mark Baptist Church in Clayton.

A reception will follow at The Arcade.
