LOS ANGELES — Services for Ella Simpson Russell, 98, of Cannonsburg, who died Monday, July 8, 2013, at her daughter’s residence in Boise, Idaho, will be at Bethel Church of Christ Holiness in Los Angeles.

Burial will follow at Lincoln Cemetery in Compton, Calif.
