VIDALIA — Services for Connie Carroll, 55, who died Sunday, July 14, 2013, at St. Francis Cabrini Hospital in Alexandria, La., will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Faith Tabernacle Church in Vidalia with the Rev. Arley Riley officiating with co-celebrant the Rev. Hall.

Burial will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park Cemetery in Natchez under the direction of Comer Funeral Home in Ferriday.

Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. today at the church.

Mrs. Carroll was born June 2, 1958, the daughter of James Allen and Shirley Ann Pullen Knight.

She loved her grandchildren and spent as much time as she could with them.

Mrs. Carroll enjoyed crossword puzzles and working at her house when she could.

She will surely be missed by all who knew her.

Mrs. Carroll was preceded in death by her parents and one grandson, Tyler Ray Ducote.

Survivors include her husband, Veller Ray Carroll; three daughters, Mistie Carroll and Jerry Victor Ducote of Bunkie, La., Valerie Hope Carroll of Pineville, La., and Allison Ruth Carroll and Sidney Scott Whitten of St. Landry, La.; five grandchildren, Haley Mayeux, James Mayeux, Victor Paul Ducote, Tyler Scott Whitten and Skylar Lee Ann Whitten; one sister, Karen Wilson and husband, Blair, of Ferriday; and one brother, James Frank Knight and wife, Donna, of Gilbert, La.

Pallbearers will be Frank David Carroll, David Carroll, Nicholas Carroll, Chad Carroll, Mark Carroll, Jonathon Carroll and Tyler Whitten.
