NATCHEZ — Services for Ira “Tee” Thomas, 83, of Fayette, who died Saturday, July 13, 2013, at Natchez Community Hospital, will be at noon Saturday at Bethlehem Baptist Church in Cannonsburg with the Rev. James Thomas Jr. officiating.

Burial will follow at the church cemetery under the direction of Marshall Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until service time Saturday at the church.

Mr. Thomas was born May 4, 1930, in Jefferson County, the son of Henry and Luella Thomas.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Corrie Lee Thomas; two brothers, Bennie Thomas and John Thomas; and three grandsons, Gregory D. Thomas, Curtis Williams and Frank D. Rankin.

Survivors include five daughters, Barbara Ebanks of Hollywood, Fla., Hannah Washington of Los Angeles, Mary Thomas, Jessie Hudson and husband, Joe, all of Chicago, and Helen T. Rankin and husband, Lenon, of Fayette; three sons, Willie Thomas Sr. and wife, Norma, Tyler James and Walter Thomas, all of Chicago; and a number of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
