VIDALIA — Services for Patricia Bowser “Trish” Walker, 50, of Ferriday, who died Saturday, July 13, 2013, at Grace Home Hospice in Alexandria, La., will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Bethel Church in Vidalia with the Rev. Troy Thomas officiating.

Burial will follow at the Vidalia Cemetery under the direction of Concordia Funeral Home in Ferriday.

Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Mrs. Walker was born Aug. 18, 1962, in Vidalia, the daughter of Preston “Jack” and Mercedes Bowser Taylor.

She was preceded in death by her father.

Survivors include her husband, Charles Walker; her mother of Vidalia; one son, Marcus Bowser and wife, Delisha, of New Roads, La.; two daughters, LaShonda McCoy of Morganza, La., and Jessica James and husband, Kendrick, of New Roads; five brothers, Bobby Bowser and wife, Mary Ann, of Charlotte, N.C., Ivory Bowser and wife, Margaret, Donald Taylor and wife, Lisa, all of Vidalia, Larry Bowser and wife, Hattie, of Ferriday and Elbert Charles Bowser and wife, Clara, of Columbia; three sisters, Annie Ruth Webb and husband, George, of Ferriday, Marion Dennis and husband, Richard, of Vidalia and Carolyn Huff of Houston; eight grandchildren; one aunt; four uncles; 21 nephews; 16 nieces; godmother, Frances Moore of New Orleans; and a number of other relatives.
