FERRIDAY — Services for Charles “Jay” Warbington, 49, of Wisner, La., who died Wednesday, Aug. 14, 2013, in St. Joseph, will be at 2 p.m. today at Kendrick’s Ferry Pentecostal Church in Wisner, La.

Burial will follow at Oakley Cemetery under the direction of Young’s Funeral Home.
