Concordia Bank promotes five area employees

VIDALIA — Patrick Biglane, president and CEO of Concordia Bank & Trust Co., recently announced the following promotions.

Tracie DeLaune Gray

Tracie DeLaune Gray has been named chief operations officer, vice president and cashier.

She is a graduate of Ferriday High School and a graduate of Louisiana Tech University. Gray has worked 28 years in the banking industry and has attended various bank seminars and continuing education classes.

She joined the staff of Concordia Bank in 1990. Gray is a member of the LSU Family Association.

She and her husband Steve have one son, Colby, and are members of First Baptist Church in Ferriday.

Ernest H. Smith

Ernest H. Smith, vice president, has been named bank physical security officer.

He is a 1983 graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi. Smith started his career with Wilkinson County Savings Bank in 1984 and became an officer with Concordia Bank in 1999 when the bank acquired WCSB.

He is a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Woodville. Smith is the secretary-treasurer of International Order of Odd Fellows and a member of Natchez-Trace Kiwanis.

Smith is the son of Samuel E. and Inez A Smith of Woodville.

Mark A. Richardson

Mark A. Richardson has been named chief information officer.

He came to Natchez from the Dallas/Fort Worth area in 2000. Richardson has worked with information systems for the past 16 years.

He joined Concordia Bank in August 2006 as the network administrator. He is married to Connie Sanford Richardson, and they have two children, Seth and Grace.

He and his family attend First Baptist Church of Vidalia. He is a member of the Natchez Lions Club.

Michelle Bozeman

Michelle Bozeman, assistant vice president and supervisor of deposit operations, has been named Bank Secrecy Act and OFAC officer.

She is a 1989 graduate of Vidalia High School and has completed various courses with Louisiana and Mississippi Bankers Associations.

Bozeman began her banking career in 2000 at the Air Force Federal Credit Union in San Antonio. She began working for Concordia Bank in November 2006.

She is married to Denny Bozeman, and they have two children, Nathan and Brandon. They attend Ridgecrest Baptist Church.

John C. Holleman Jr.

John C. Holleman Jr., assistant cashier has been named Community Reinvestment Act officer.

He is a 2005 graduate of Parkview Baptist School of Baton Rouge and a 2009 graduate of Millsaps College of Jackson.

Holleman began working for Concordia Bank in July 2010.

He is a member of St. Mary Basilica and is treasurer of Concordia Parish Ducks Unlimited and the Concordia Parish NRA. He is also a member of Concordia Parish Lions Club. John is the son of Mr. and Mrs. John Holleman. He is the grandson of Mr. and Ms. Wilton R. Dale of Natchez.
