Jameson Rogers charged with three counts of possession of a controlled substance. Case bound over to the grand jury.

Daron Buie charged with possession of a controlled substance. Case bound over to the grand jury.

Charles Gooden charged with domestic violence. Case bound over to the grand jury.

Charles Davis charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance. Case bound over to a grand jury. Davis also charged with sale of a controlled substance. Case bound over to the grand jury.

William West pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance.

Carlos Owens charged with possession of a controlled substance. Case bound over to the grand jury.

Friday, Aug. 30:

Tracy Nicole Calvin, 42, pleaded guilty to shoplifting — first offense. Sentenced to 30 days with 28 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. To serve two days in jail. Banned from Dollar General Store. Fine set at $573.

Carmen Williams, 39, pleaded guilty to shoplifting — second offense. Sentenced to 60 days with 51 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. To serve nine days in jail. Banned from Dollar General Store. Fine set at $673.

Antonio K. Johnson, 28, pleaded guilty to disturbing the peace. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $373.

Samuel Powell, 23, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct — failure to comply with officer. Sentenced to 30 days with 25 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Credit given for five days served. Fine set at $348.

Jermaine Albert pleaded guilty to misdemeanor malicious mischief. Fine set at $323. Restitution set at $448.23 to be paid to Deion Davis.

Wednesday, Sept. 4:

Derek J. Joffrion, 27, found guilty of careless driving. Fine set at $302. Joffrion also found guilty of DUI first offense test results. Sentenced to 48 hours suspended. Fine set at $750.

Jaron Davis pleaded guilty to petit larceny. Sentenced to 30 days with 26 days suspended for two years pending good behavior. Four days served. Banned from store. Fine set at $573. Davis also pleaded guilty to trespassing. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for two years pending good behavior. Banned from store. Fine set at $447.

Brittany Mearday, 19, pleaded guilty to shoplifting — first offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from Walmart. Fine set at $573.

Nongula Shantell Bernard, 32, pleaded guilty to resisting arrest. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $523. Bernard also pleaded guilty to shoplifting — first offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from Dollar General Store. Fine set at $573.

David Andrew Johnson, 49, pleaded guilty to shoplifting — first offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from Walmart. Fine set at $573.
