NATCHEZ — The Natchez alumnae chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc. will host an informational summit on Thursday to provide information to the citizens of Natchez and Adams County on a variety of topics.

Event chair Thelma Newsome said city and county representatives will be in attendance to discuss everything from property taxes to Natchez Inc. to crime.

“These are all things we hear brought up into the community everyday, and we think people want answered,” Newsome said. “We’ll let the officials give their presentations and then hand out cards for people to hand out questions.”
