FERRIDAY — Services for Mary “Betty Jean” Blair, 72, who died Wednesday, Sept. 11, 2013, will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 21, 2013, at Greater St. Reed Baptist Church with the Rev. Justin Conner officiating.

Burial will follow at the Ferriday Cemetery under the direction of Concordia Funeral Home.

Visitation will be 5 to 7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.

Mrs. Blair was born Oct. 29, 1940 in Ferriday, the daughter of Margaret Bullitt. She was a homemaker.

She is preceded in death by her mother; her husband, Edward Blair; three sisters, Mildred, Juliett, and Fannie.

Survivors include one daughter, Katherine Blair; four grandchildren, Nicole, LaKisha, Gregory Keith, and Darrell Wayne Blair; five great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild; brother-in-law, Leonard Kelly all of Ferriday.
