Junior and Connie Williams of Vidalia announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Haley Williams, to Drew Weaver, son of Craig and Renee Weaver of Brookhaven.

The bride-to-be is a graduate of Vidalia High School and 2013 graduate of Copiah-Lincoln Community College where she received a degree in radiologic technology. She is employed by Southwest Mississippi Regional Medical Center in McComb.

She is the granddaughter of Willie Mae Williams and the late Buddy Williams and Margie Toney and the late Frank Brown all of Natchez.

The groom-to-be is a graduate of Lloyd Star High School and Copiah-Lincoln Community College. He also graduated from the lineman program at Delta Community College. He is employed by Southwest Mississippi Electric Power Association in Lorman.

He is the grandson of J.V. and Janet Jordan of Lucedale.

The wedding will be at 6 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 12, 2013, at First Baptist Church in Vidalia.

The reception will follow at the home of Boyd and Pam White, 17 Wishmore Plantation in Kingston.

Family and friends are invited. Formal invitations will be sent to out of town guests only.
