Mr. and Mrs. Jasper Eugene Seale of Natchez announce the engagement of their daughter Jessica Sue Seale to Michael Richard Felter, son of Mr. and Mrs. Michael Rivers Felter of Pass Christian.

The bride-to-be is a graduate of Adams County Christian School in Natchez and is a graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi in Hattiesburg. She is employed by New Gulf Coast Surgery Center in Ocean Springs.

She is the granddaughter of Dr. and Mrs. Joe Herrington of Natchez and Mr. and Mrs. Willard Seale of McComb.

The groom-to-be is a graduate of St. Stanislaus in Bay St. Louis and is a graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi in Hattiesburg.

He is employed by Yates Construction in Biloxi.

He is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Richard Pellegrin of Metairie, La., and the late Mr. and Mrs. Bernard Felter of Metairie, La.

The wedding will be at 7 p.m., Oct. 26, 2013, at St. Mary Basilica in Natchez.

A reception will follow at The Carriage House Restaurant. Family and friends are invited. No formal invitations will be sent.
