Morris Malone charged with sale of a controlled substance. Case bound over to a grand jury.

Jarred D. Albert charged with possession of a controlled substance. Case bound over to a grand jury. Albert was also charged with sale of a schedule V controlled substance. Natchez Municipal Court Cases

Friday, Oct. 11:

Terrence E. Brown, 21, pleaded guilty to disturbing the peace. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $373.

Michelle Roach, 46, pleaded guilty to shoplifting — first offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from Walmart. Fine set at $648.

Nichalle Lashay White, 37, pleaded guilty to shoplifting — first offense. Sentenced to 30 days with 28 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. To serve two days in jail. If days are served and fine is paid in full, this charge may be reduced to disturbing the peace. Fine set at $598.

Thomas Lee Oliver Jr., 25, pleaded guilty to DUS — revoked or suspended. Sentenced to 10 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $447.

Tucarlious Moore, 19, pleaded guilty to shoplifting — first offense. Sentenced to 30 days with 24 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. To serve six days in jail. Banned from Walmart. Fine set at $573.

Chadwick Williams, 34, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct — failure to comply with officer. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $473.

Jessica Williams, 25, pleaded guilty to shoplifting — first offense. Sentenced to 30 days with 23 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. To serve seven days in jail. Fine set at $573.

Jadarius Davis, 20, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana while operating a motor vehicle. Sentenced to 10 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Driver’s license suspended for six months. Fine set at $493. Davis was also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. Case dismissed in consideration of plea to other charge.

Monday, Oct. 14:

Willie Gooseberry, 62, pleaded guilty to willful trespassing. Sentenced to 10 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $323.

 

Wednesday, Oct. 16:

Roderick Seals, 19, charged with petit larceny. Case remanded to files on request of officer.

Jeremy Coates, 24, pleaded guilty to simple assault — domestic violence. Sentenced to 30 days with 10 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Twenty days served. Fine set at $648 minus $500 for credit for time served. Must pay a fine of $148.

Valerie Nix pleaded guilty to shoplifting — second offense. Sentenced to 60 days with 45 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. To serve 15 days in jail. Fine set at $673.

Evangeline Grace, 50, pleaded guilty to shoplifting — first offense. Sentenced to 30 days with 25 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. To serve five days in jail. Banned from K-Mart. Fine set at $573.

Tavonte Denzel White, 18, pleaded guilty to contempt of court — failed to complete work release. No fine or jail time set.

Delandro J. Bell, 24, pleaded guilty to amended charge of simple assault. Sentenced to 30 days with 20 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. To serve 10 days in jail. Fine set at $750.
