Ms. Debbie N. Ward, Mr. Danny R. Hankins of Natchez and Mr. and Mrs. Larry W. Ward of Ferriday announce the engagement of their daughter, Kelsie Ann Ward to Eric Cade Byrne, son of Ms. Anna W. Byrne and the late Mike Byrne all of Natchez.

The bride-to-be is a graduate of Adams County Christian School in Natchez and attended Copiah-Lincoln Community College. She also attended the University of Southern Mississippi in Hattiesburg. She is employed by Bluebonnet Dental Care in Baton Rouge.

She is the granddaughter of Mrs. Betty J. Neely and the late James E. Neely Sr. of Natchez and Mr. W.B. Ward and the late Jaunita Ward of Vidalia.

The groom-to-be is a graduate of Cathedral High School in Natchez and a graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi in Hattiesburg. He is employed by Lincoln Builders in Baton Rouge as a construction engineer.

He is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. B.E. (Speedy) Wilson and the late Mr. and Mrs. Donald E. Byrne Sr. all of Natchez.

The wedding will be 5 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 16, 2013 at Memorial Park in Natchez.

A reception will follow at the Natchez Community Center. Family and friends are invited. Formal invitations will be sent to out of town guests only.
