Thomas Foresman pleaded guilty to simple assault.

Edwin R. Mieseter Jr. pleaded guilty to disturbing the peace.

Jerry D. Penton charged with two counts of sexual battery. Case bound over to the grand jury.

Jerry D. Penton charged with two counts of enticement of children. Case bound over to the grand jury.

Jovan Singleton pleaded guilty to trespass less than larceny.

Andrew Moran charged with grand larceny. Case bound over to the grand jury.

Friday, Oct. 25:

Freddie Donnell Byrd, 25, pleaded guilty to public drunkenness. Seven days served. Three days suspended. No fine assessed.

Samira Carter, 27, pleaded guilty to shoplifting — first offense. Sentenced to 30 days with 27 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. To serve three days in jail. Fine set at $573.

Monique Duncan, 30, pleaded guilty to shoplifting — first offense. Sentenced to 30 days with 27 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. To serve three days in jail. Fine set at $573.

Leland Miguel Robinson, 18, pleaded guilty to shoplifting — first offense. Sentenced to 30 days with 26 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. To serve four days in jail. Banned from Walmart. Fine set at $573. Robinson also pleaded guilty to misdemeanor false information. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $423.

Monday, Oct. 28:

Tyrone Williams, 27, pleaded guilty to simple assault — domestic violence. Sentenced to 60 days with 53 days suspended for two years pending good behavior. Credit given for seven days already served. Fine set at $825 minus $175 credit. Must pay a fine of $650. Robinson also pleaded guilty to wrong way on a one way. Fine set at $152. Robinson also pleaded guilty to amended charge of DUI 1st offense test results. Sentenced to 48 hours suspended. Fine set at $1,000 minus $175 credit. Must pay a fine of $825.

Kerry L. Weir, 39, charged with disorderly conduct — failure to comply with officer. Case remanded to file in consideration of open container plea. Weir also pleaded guilty to violating the open container law. Sentenced to three days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Credit for five days served. Fine set at $321.

Wednesday, Oct. 30:

Andrea A. Rose, 30, pleaded guilty to disturbing the peace. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $398.

John M. Barrett, 46, pleaded guilty to misdemeanor false pretense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Total fine set at $451.40.

Darrell James Tuesno, 26, pleaded guilty to shoplifting — first offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $573.

Taneika Johnson pleaded guilty to contempt of court — failure to appear on served subpoena. Fine set at $100 minus $25 credit. Must pay a fine of $75.
